Thank you for shopping with The Deck Keeper. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and carefully as possible.

Processing Times

Most orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days after payment is received.

Custom, handmade, made to order, or personalized items may require additional processing time. Estimated production times will be listed on the product page when applicable.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. These promotions will be clearly stated on our website.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 3 to 5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

We may offer international shipping to select countries.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country.

The Deck Keeper is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

The Deck Keeper is not responsible for:

• Lost packages marked as delivered
• Stolen packages
• Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist with filing a carrier claim.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at info@hollerhousepress.com.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging

We will review the claim and work with you to find a solution.

Digital Products

Digital downloads, printable products, and other electronic goods are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.
